These Terms and
Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nustaronline ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). nustaronline reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) nustaronline account. 4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your nustaronline account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. nustaronline does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. 4.2 Withdrawals

All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. nustaronline reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation. Deposits must not be made for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
Note: Funds deposited into your nustaronline account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
nustaronline offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion on the Promotions page.
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. nustaronline reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

nustaronline's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit nustaronline's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

nustaronline implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and nustaronline cannot guarantee absolute data security.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
